For peace of mind before you book, and peace of mind when you need to cancel, our Cancellation Policy provides a full refund up to 7 days before the start time of your Experience or within 24 hours of booking when booked more than 48 hours in advance of the Activity or Event start time.
Before You Book
You can find these cancellation details on the listing page, and during the booking process—before you pay.
After You Book
If the date or time of your Experience no longer works for you, don’t worry, you don’t have to miss out! You may be able to change your reservation depending on availability.
RESCHEDULE FOR A DIFFERENT DATE OR TIME:
- Go to your Bookings within your Profile
- Find the applicable booking and click Edit
- Click Reschedule
- Find a new date or time, and click Choose
- Click Confirm change
If you need to cancel, cancellation deadlines for receiving refunds are measured from the time stamp marked when you made the reservation. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be immediately deposited on the Payment Method used during the booking process. The timing to receive any refund will depend on the Payment Method and any applicable payment system (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) rules.
CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION:
- Go to your Bookings within your Profile
- Find the applicable booking and click Edit
- Click Cancel
- Click Confirm change
