For peace of mind before you book, and peace of mind when you need to cancel, our Cancellation Policy provides a full refund up to 7 days before the start time of your Experience or within 24 hours of booking when booked more than 48 hours in advance of the Activity or Event start time.

After You Book
If the date or time of your Experience no longer works for you, don’t worry, you don’t have to miss out! You may be able to change your reservation depending on availability.
RESCHEDULE FOR A DIFFERENT DATE OR TIME:
To reschedule your booking, please reach out to communicate directly with the Creator of the Experience.
- Go to your Confirmation email for the Experience and click the link to “Contact the Creator” of the Activity or Event; or
- Log in
- Go to My Orders
- Find the Experience you wish to reschedule, and click it to open your Order Details
- Click “Send Message“
If you need to cancel your booking, please follow the instructions below to be eligible for a refund. Please note, cancellation deadlines for receiving refunds are measured from the time stamp marked when you made the reservation. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be immediately deposited on the Payment Method used during the booking process. The timing to receive any refund will depend on the Payment Method and any applicable payment system (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, etc.) rules.
