HOW TO SET UP YOUR AVAILABILITY

Let’s start by covering the basics of our booking system: dates, time slots, and repeat options.

HOW TO CREATE AVAILABILITY FOR SPECIFIC DATES OR SET WEEKLY HOURS

Okay, we’re going to start our show-and-tell with our flexible “Dates” option 🤓

When you select a date, you’ll notice the date format shows the day of the week AND the specific date selected. That’s because you can use it to set availability for that specific date you need (perfect for events) OR you can set your availability for that specific day of the week and then repeat it across weeks to quickly set “weekly hours” for that particular day (perfect for tours, classes, and most activities).

Allow me to show you 2 examples of Weekly Hours:

In this first example, the user has set up weekly hours for Monday – Saturday with the same 3 time slots available each day: 10:00AM, 12:00PM, and 2:00PM. Since each day has the same time slots, the user quickly & easily repeated each time slot across each day of the week using the Repeater.

EXAMPLE 1

In this second example, the user has set up weekly hours for Monday – Saturday. Since each day has different time slots, the user didn’t use the Repeat Options to automatically repeat the time slots across each day of the week (as seen in Example 1). The user did, however, use the Repeater to repeat each day’s unique time slot across that specific day each week (see Example 2b below).

In order to set up your own availability like these examples, you need to understand how to create your time slots and use the Repeater. So, let’s cover these 2 items next!

SETTING YOUR START TIME

This part is as easy as eating cherry pie after fasting for 2 days . . . in other words, it’s SUUUUUUUUUUPER EASY!

First, you need to ensure the duration of your experience is accurate, because the End Time for each time slot added will automatically populate based on the duration set for your experience.

Once your duration is set, then all you have to do is add all necessary time slots & start times. Voilá!

HOW TO USE REPEAT OPTIONS

To simply repeat any time slots across days, weeks, or months, use our cute little Repeater skeeter pumpkin eater 🎃
